1. Egg salad on toast

For this you need (for 2 servings):

  • 3 boiled eggs
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • Pepper salt
  • 2 crispy fried strips of bacon
  • fresh, cut chives
  • 4 toasted slices of toast
  • Zip pouch

That is how it goes:

1.1 Peel the boiled eggs and put them in a zip bag along with the mayonnaise, fried strips of bacon and a little salt and pepper. Press the zip bag with your hands so that the ingredients mix well.

1.2 Remove the egg salad from one corner of the zip bag and cut off the corner of the bag.

1.3 Now distribute the finished egg salad on the toast slices and garnish with chives.

2. White cheese omelette

For this you need (for 2 servings):

  • 6 eggs
  • 4 slices of Gouda cheese
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • Pepper salt
  • square pan

That is how it goes:

2.1 Separate the eggs. Season the egg yolks with salt and pepper and add parsley to the egg whites.

2.2 Lightly grease the pan and preheat it to medium heat. Then pour the egg yolks into the pan, wait for them to set, and place the cheese slices on one end.

2.3 Now wrap the cheese in the egg yolk; leave an edge free. Slide the roll to the edge of the pan and pour the egg white over the end of the roll; make sure to pour enough egg white over the edge of the already curdled yolk so that the two combine well.

2.4 Continue rolling the omelette once the egg white has coagulated. Serve the white cheese omelette hot to enjoy the melted cheese inside.

3. Rice frittata

For this you need (for 2 servings):

  • 6 egg yolks
  • 12 egg whites
  • 230 g cooked rice
  • Pepper salt
  • 3 cheese slices
  • cast iron pan
  • Parsley for garnish

That is how it goes:

3.1 Mix the egg yolks with the cooked rice and season the mixture with salt and pepper.

3.2 Pour half of the egg white into a slightly preheated and greased pan and wait until it is almost completely thickened. Then pour half of the egg yolk and rice mixture over it.

3.3 Put the cheese slices on top.

3.4 Cover the cheese slices first with the remaining egg yolk rice and then with the egg white.

3.5 Put the rice frittata in the oven at 140 ° C for 45 minutes. Garnish with parsley before serving.

4. Sushi egg roll

For this you need (for 2 servings):

  • 4 eggs
  • 75 g cooked ham cut into cubes
  • 15 g spring onions
  • 40 g very finely chopped carrots
  • 15 g of red chopped chilli
  • Pepper salt
  • 9 strips of bacon
  • 200 g cooked and seasoned sushi rice
  • Sushi mat

That is how it goes:

4.1 Whisk the eggs, mix them with ham, spring onions, carrots and chilli and season with pepper and salt. Lightly grease a pan and preheat it over medium heat. Then pour some of the egg mixture very thinly into the pan and wait until the egg has hardened.

4.2 Now roll up the egg, push it to the edge of the pan and pour in some of the egg mixture again; make sure to pour it liberally over the end of the egg roll so that the two combine well. If you still have some egg mass left over, repeat the process until everything is bushed and rolled up.

4.3 Lay the strips of bacon overlapping on a sushi mat and spread the already cooked and seasoned sushi rice on it; leave a strip uncovered.

4.4 Now place the egg roll in the middle of the rice and roll it up using the sushi mat.

4.5 Fry the sushi egg roll wrapped in bacon in the pan until crispy.
