Spinach and lemon are part of many salmon dishes. Together they make a captivatingly tasty trio, which is perfectly complemented by pasta. There is everything together in this dish, which only requires eight ingredients and also hardly takes up any preparation time.
For this you need:
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 200 g spinach leaves
- 300 g sour cream
- salt and pepper
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 250 g of cooked pasta
- 300 g diced wild salmon
That is how it goes:
Heat the oil in a pan and sweat the spinach until it has collapsed.
Then you can add the sour cream and stir in. Add a portion of salt and pepper to the sauce.
Now drizzle in the lemon juice and let the sauce simmer briefly.
For the finale, add the pre-cooked pasta and salmon cubes to the pan.
The dish is ready to eat.
Once done, the creamy dish is ideal for after work or for anyone who doesn’t want to spend so much time in the kitchen. How lucky that that doesn’t mean you have to do without good, home-cooked dishes!
