1. Feta pasta

For this you need:

  • 400 g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 feta
  • 80 g of olive oil
  • 5 sprigs of basil, cut (optionally also parsley)
  • 1 large clove of garlic, chopped
  • 250 g spiral pasta

That is how it goes:

1.1 Put cherry tomatoes and feta in a baking dish. Wet everything with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. It is important that the feta is in the middle of the baking dish. Then put the baking dish in the oven at 200 ° C top and bottom heat for 30 minutes.

1.2 Meanwhile you cook the pasta. Then take the baking dish out of the oven and add the minced garlic and basil. Mix everything together. Finally, the cooked noodles come into the mold. If the pasta isn’t creamy enough, add a little of the pasta cooking water.

2. Mozzarella pasta

For this you need:

  • 200 g colored peppers, red, green and yellow, cut into strips
  • 1 mozzarella
  • 80 g of olive oil
  • 200 g pulled chicken
  • 3 sprigs of parsley, chopped
  • 50 g black olives, sliced
  • 250 g penne

That is how it goes:

2.1 Place a mozzarella in a baking dish and add paprika cut into strips all around and already cooked, plucked chicken.

2.2 Add olive oil, salt and pepper. Put the casserole dish in the oven at 200 ° C top and bottom heat for about 25 minutes. While everything is cooking in the oven, cook the pasta.

2.3 After you have taken the baking dish out of the oven, add the finely chopped olives and parsley. Mix everything together and finally fold in the cooked penne.

3. Gorgonzola pasta

For this you need:

  • 400 g mushrooms
  • 80 g of olive oil
  • 1 gorgonzola
  • 1 medium red onion
  • 3 handfuls of baby spinach
  • 15 g pine nuts, toasted
  • 250 g Farfalle, cooked

That is how it goes:

3.1 Place the Gorgonzola in a baking dish and spread sliced ​​mushrooms and the onion all around. Wet everything with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Put the mold in the oven at 200 ° C top and bottom heat for about 25 minutes. Meanwhile, bring the pasta to a boil.

3.2 Take the baking dish out of the oven and add the spinach and pine nuts. Mix everything together and finally fold in the Farfalle.

4. Camembert pasta

For this you need:

  • 500 g green seedless grapes
  • 1 camembert
  • 40 g walnuts
  • 80 g of olive oil
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 4 sprigs of thyme
  • 500 g gnocchi pasta

That is how it goes:

4.1 Place a camembert in the middle of a baking dish. Spread grapes and walnuts all around. Wet everything with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Put the mold in the oven at 200 ° C top and bottom heat for about 25 minutes. Meanwhile, bring the pasta to a boil.

4.2 Take the baking dish out of the oven and add honey and thyme. Mix everything together and finally fold in the pasta.
